Stella Cramer is a partner and the Global Co-Head of Technology Practice at the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, based in Singapore. She specialises in complex, digital and transformational technology and commercial transactions including artificial intelligence and disruptive technologies, outsourcings, related regulatory issues and global compliance programs for global financial institutions and major corporates across all industry sectors in the region. She also leads cyber and data breach issues for clients, co-ordinating the management of the breach and regulatory investigations across multiple jurisdictions. Stella is recognised as an industry thought leader on disruptive technology and data issues and regularly speaks at client and industry events on Al, Fintech, cybersecurity, data privacy, technology and disruption of legal services, smart contracts and blockchain, including recently being invited to participate in a panel, alongside ASEAN and EU experts and regulators, on cross border transfers hosted by the Singapore PDPC and the EU Commission during the Privacy Awareness Week 2021. As Assistant Chief Executive, Zee Kin oversees lMDA's Al and Data industry development strategy, including developing forward-thinking governance, promoting adoption, and building capabilities. As Deputy Commissioner, Zee Kin oversees the administration, formulation and implementation of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. He also spearheads activities to raise awareness and compliance in data protection. Zee Kin has participated in multiple expert-level platforms on Al Ethics issues, including the OECD Expert Group on Al and the European Commission's High-Level Expert Group on Al (as an observer participant). He has also spoken at many international and domestic platforms on Al ethics and legal issues. |

Jason believes in working towards a better world through data and AI. A multidisciplinary technology leader, Jason has the dual responsibilities of leading a large and diverse data science team in MSD’s technology hub in Singapore and driving business outcomes through AI globally. His AI responsibilities include developing computer vision capabilities, embedding responsible AI into the enterprise and nurturing partnerships with the global data science community. A recognized thought leader, Jason has spoken in major international conferences and has been featured in the Business Times, TODAY and the Sydney Morning Herald. He actively contributes to multiple national initiatives including Singapore’s skills framework for data and AI careers, Singapore’s AI Governance Framework, and is an author of Singapore’s AI Ethics Body of Knowledge. Jason spent half his career in Australia before relocating back to Singapore in 2016. Since then, he has been active in the local start-up ecosystem, as a co-founder of Lauretta.io with his brother Galvin, and a mentor to AI startups in partnership with local venture capital firms in Singapore. Jason was on the Melbourne Business School Dean’s List for his MBA in 2010 and graduated from the same university with a second master’s in Business Analytics in 2015. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Computing from the National University of Singapore and a first-class honours’ in Business Information Systems and Human Resources Management from Middlesex University. |

Mr Sopnendu Mohanty joined MAS in August 2015 responsible for creating development strategies, public infrastructure and regulatory policies around technology innovation. Since 2015, Singapore has become one of the top global fintech hubs covering a wide range of financial asset classes including adjacent technology innovations in areas like insurance, digital assets, blockchain, artificial intelligence, reg-tech and green- finance. Before MAS, Sopnendu spent over 20 years in various leadership roles in technology, finance and innovation with most of his career in Citigroup. Sopnendu is a member of multiple advisory committees of multilateral global agencies, associations, universities, and governments. He is an avid speaker, global thought leader in FinTech, and advocate of accelerated transformation to a digital economy for solving financial inclusion and sustainability challenges. |

Sameer Gupta is the Chief Analytics Officer for DBS and has over 20+ years of experience in finance, focused on front-end banking and financial services experience across analytics, commercial excellence, strategic marketing, customer experience, change management and pricing. ln his current role he leads the DataFirst transformation programme for DBS to deliver on 4 key areas 1) building advanced analytics capabilities 2) driving culture change 3) enabling data through modern data governance processes, and 4) building a fit for purpose modern data platform. The programme is driving the organisation towards maximising value from data to change the way we run business. Prior to this, Sameer was the Regional Head for Business Analytics for CBG, where he led the delivery of contextual marketing solutions by leveraging on big data and experimentation to deliver personalised customer engagement. Before joining DBS, he has worked with lBM as the Customer Care & lnsights Solutions leader for banking clients in ASEAN and with Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for driving cross sell & pricing across Consumer Bank, South East Asia. Sameer started his career with GE Capital where he spent 16 years driving transformation initiatives in areas such as customer centricity, new product introduction, process reengineering, lean six sigma, acquisition integration, analytics and outsourcing. He progressively took on larger roles at GE Capital and his last role was as the Chief Marketing Officer and Business leader for Unsecured business for GE Money Singapore. |

Leading a team of incredibly talented data scientists, Al experts, and data engineers, l am focused on transforming businesses with the strategic use of data. I've had the privilege of leading global teams for great organizations such as Visa, Amex, Bertelsmann, Samsung, and Docomo; living in 6 countries; in NY, London, Barcelona; and for the past 15 years in Asia; in HK, Tokyo, and Singapore. A lifelong learner, educated on lnnovation with a PhD. Summa cum Laude in Tech Strategy VR, a European Doctorate Mention from the University of Barcelona; and an MBA from the London Business School. l've had great professors, and l spend a few weekends every year giving back by teaching executive MBAs as an adjunct professor of Global Management and Data Strategy. Digital transformation needs intersectionality of domains, and l have taken certificates such as Systems Dynamics from MlT, Entrepreneurship from Deusto University and l'm currently learning about Climate Change from Yale because data can drive sustainability helping assess the impact of extreme weather on business. Making things happen requires an entrepreneurial mindset, and over the years l have balanced corporate life with launching products in startups. l enjoy sharing those experiences at industry events to help build the ecosystem and mentoring women to lift the next generation of tech leaders. Recent recognitions include "100 Women in Tech" by SG Computer Society and lMDA Gov; "30 People Who Are Changing The World" by London Business Review magazine, and "Most promising Female Developer" award at SFO Conference. Volunteering is important to me because many people helped me in my journey and l support inclusive leadership and data literacy initiatives. Over the years l have served in the advisory board of the Data Literacy Project, as Fintech mentor for UNDP, Ambassador for the UN Women STEM program, board member of the United Nations Association of Singapore. Prior to joining Temasek, Dr. Zeller was the CEO of Dynam.ai, leading its mission for delivering end-to-end artificial intelligence (Al) solutions. Prior to Dynam.Al, Dr. Zeller directed strategy and innovation in artificial intelligence for global software firm Software AG. Previously, he was CEO and co-founder of Zementis, a leading provider of software solutions for predictive analytics, acquired by Software AG.
